The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. It is possible to use our site without providing any personal data. The owner and operator of this site is AVATRI GmbH with its registered office in Vienna and the business address 1230 Vienna, Großmarktstrasse, registered in the commercial register of the Vienna Commercial Court under FN 477633b (hereinafter referred to as “AV”).
The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, use and processing of personal data.
Data security and data transmission (order processing)
AV takes all precautions to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of all personal data provided by the customer. We expressly point out that data transmissions (such as emails) have security gaps and cannot be completely protected from access by third parties.
Personal data provided in connection with orders is recorded in the customer database and used to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. We use an external accountant/tax advisor (processor) for this data processing.
Contractual partners (processors such as accountants/tax advisors) who have access to customer data as part of the order processing relationship are contractually obliged to maintain secrecy and are not permitted to misuse it for any purpose other than their intended purpose. AV also takes all necessary measures to ensure that the data transfer is in accordance with legal data protection regulations.
After the legal or contractual retention period has expired, the stored data will be deleted if it is no longer needed.
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
